Custom Inquiries

Hello! 

We are super excited that you'd like to place an order with us, but before we confirm anything - we'd like to make you aware of our ordering process. 

All orders require prior inquiries - we will not accept orders without prior consultation

  • All our offerings are made to order, and therefore require prior confirmation directly with us to determine timelines, colors, design, themes, customizations, and embellishments.
  • All orders require inquiring directly via email before processing any payment or confirmations. 
  • All order inquiries must be placed 72 hours (for orders above 24 units) before your expected date to allow us proper preparation time and execution. 
  • Kosher and Gluten-Free options available upon request (pricing subject to change)
  • Flavors available for any cupcake: VANILLA/CHOCOLATE/LEMON
  • We are not nut free - all our products may contain traces of nuts
  • Taxes are included in pricing.
  • Pick up is in Town Of Mount Royal or Delivery on island of Montreal (additional fee for delivery)

In your inquiry, please include the following:

  • Your contact info (name, last name, phone number, email address)
  • The product you are interested in (include: type, size, amount, colors, or custom requests)
  • The amount of units you’re interested in ordering
  • The date you need the desserts by
  • Dietary restrictions (Gluten Free, Kosher)
